Delivery times for your custom creations
Typically, you can expect to receive your handcrafted tumblers within 2-3 weeks. If we experience a backlog, this will be clearly communicated on our website to keep you informed. Custom-made items and ready-to-ship items generally follow the same production and dispatch schedule, with bespoke orders taking precedence in our crafting process.
Our policy on returns and damaged items
We do not offer returns or refunds on our handcrafted tumblers unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer to remake the cup for you. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences may occur in the remake, but we will do our best to match it as closely as possible to your original design.
Postage costs and local collection
Postage costs are calculated based on the boxed package weight of your order. We primarily ship via Royal Mail, but other arrangements can be discussed if needed. For customers in Plymouth, United Kingdom, we offer a convenient option to collect your items in person from our personal workspace, helping you save on shipping fees.
