Step 1: Get in touch
Ready to start? The first step to designing your very own custom tumbler is to use the contact form at the bottom of this page. Let us know your initial ideas and we'll take it from there!
Step 2: Share your vision
Once we receive your contact form, we'll get in touch to discuss all the essential details for your tumbler. This is your chance to tell us all your special ideas, designs, colours, and themes!
Step 3: Watch it come to life (optional)
Want to see your tumbler being made? If you'd like a FaceTime appointment, we'll book you in for a specific day and time slot. For resin cups, we'll FaceTime during the main design process, with the rest completed offline. For snowglobes, you can watch the full process, and even choose glitter/lava colours before the call!
Step 4: Receive your custom tumbler
Once your custom tumbler is finished and perfect, you have two options for receiving it. We can ship it directly to you via Royal Mail (unless discussed otherwise), or if you're local to Plymouth, you're very welcome to collect it from our personal workspace.
